Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your diamond(s) you can always return it/them. Only the shipping costs are at your charge in this case.

We will reimburse the price paid when we have received the diamond(s) back in its original packaging, complete (original of the delivered certificate, packaging, case, instructions leaflet...), in perfect state of order accompanied by a copy of the original invoice of purchase. 

If a shipment is refused, blocked, or returned due to missing documentation, customs issues, or lack of cooperation by the customer, all resulting costs (including return, storage, and customs fees) shall be borne by the customer.
