Since all of our jewels are custom-made by hand for you, we cannot offer the possibility to definitely return a jewel. However, your satisfaction is what is most important to us. Should you not be 100% happy with a jewel ordered from us, we will of course make sure to adapt it to your satisfaction. Throughout the process and before sending any finished jewel, we send high resolution, detailed photos of the jewel, to make sure it meets your expectations.
