The Order Process - from Idea to Purchase

At Langerman Diamonds, we have experience from working with clients as well internationally on a distance, as face-to-face in our Antwerp office. It is our goal to make sure there is no difference in the treatment of our clients – whether you are able to come here to see the diamonds in person, or if we communicate via email, phone, and by sending you high-resolution pictures of the diamonds, we care to offer the same service. We want to make sure you have all the information you need to make decisions about your purchase.

 

When you first have an idea about purchasing a diamond, you can contact us via email or phone, and we will help you with further ideas and proposals within your budget and according to your taste. We have professional photo equipment in our office, to be able to provide you with high quality, realistic photos of the diamonds. This is very important to us, to make sure that there are never any surprises.

 

If you want to have a certificate for your natural color diamond, please allow approximately 1 week for a certificate from the IGI, and 4-10 weeks for a certificate from the GIA. We take care of this, just let us know in time before the shipment that you want a certificate for the diamond you have chosen.

 

It is important to take your time when deciding what diamond to purchase. At Langerman Diamonds, we take all requests seriously, and we let you take that necessary time to decide and change your mind and decide again. Your satisfaction is what is most important to us.

 

Once you have decided what diamond to purchase, we ship your order immediately after receiving full payment. We use only carriers specialized in transporting valuable goods, such as FedEx, Malca Amit and Brinks, to ensure a quick and safe service. Usually, you have your diamond within 48-72 hours.

 

Our policy of extensive communication and client service has gained us a 99% satisfaction rating. However, should the diamond you receive not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy.
