Black Diamonds on the Red Carpet

January's red carpets officially kick off the awards season and are known to be the predictors of fashion trend.

And this year, statement of fashion was stronger and more meaningful than ever before.

Indeed, the stars at the Golden Globes and the Grammy red carpets stood up magnificently, all in black.  And as the waves of black gowns moved with the awe inspiring presence of black diamonds, the night shone with radiance of power.

Lady Gaga made her statement of code-black with over 200 carats of black diamonds of  chandelier earrings and abundant diamond rings at the Grammy, as Heidi Klum completed her look with a serpent ring and a black diamond bypass ring.

This wasn’t the first time Heidi Klum portrayed beauty of power using black diamonds.

She was spotted with large black and grey diamond disc earrings, with a black diamond tassel bracelet at the “America’s Got Talent Live Show.” And for “75th Golden Globes Awards,” she wore asymmetrical crescent moon earrings paved with black diamonds.

“What About Us' singer Pink walked the red carpet with a single pair of simple but daring black diamond earring, and Chrissy Teigen wore black and white diamond interlocking earrings.

While they don't sparkle the same way white diamonds do, they have an incomprable mirror-like beauty from graphite inclusions and provide stunning contrasts in all kinds of jewelry.

It 's not a secret that black diamonds can dress up or dress down any outfit and when paired with white diamonds the two colours, positive and negative, form new designs and are magical.
