Christie's Magnificent Jewels auction to feature 56.15-carat heart-shaped diamond
A flawless D colour 56.15-carat heart-shaped diamond is certain to be the highlight of Christie's Magnificent Jewels auction in Geneva in May.
The type IIA diamond has a pre-sale estimate of $9 million-$12 million. Exceptional diamonds have been drawing high prices at international auctions in the past two years.
The diamond is one of only a small number of 50-carat plus jewels to be offered at auction over the last 20 years.
