Chanel’s iconic No.5 perfume, the world’s best selling perfume, was created in 1921. To celebrate the 100th anniversary and honour Coco Chanel and her distinctive creations that include the fragrance, the perfume bottle and her fine jewellery, Patrice Leguéreau, decided to design “Collection N°5”.
The main piece of the collection is a necklace with a D flawless 55.55 carats custom emerald-cut diamond shaped in a perfect octagon to represent the format of the No5 bottle as the centerpiece.
The main diamond is surrounded by 104 round diamonds and 42 baguette diamonds and continues in a cascade of pear-shaped diamonds in different sizes.
The necklace will not be sold but rather become a part of Chanel’s Patrimoine.
