Rare Pink Diamond Will Be Auctioned by Sotheby’s
39.34 Carats Blue Diamond to Yield Over US$1 million per Carat
In the beginning of this year, Petra Diamonds revealed the recovery of a 39.34 carat blue diamond from the Cullinan mine located in South Africa.
The diamond was recognized to have an exceptional color and clarity. The bidding process will close on July 12, and it is expected that the diamond will yield over US$1 million per carat.
The diamond at the moment is in Antwerp for viewing, and will soon continue its world tour.Â
